TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EZX

1. Participation in Closed Beta
Welcome to EZX Closed Beta Testing! By joining or using the closed beta of EZX ("the Application") which was developed by Belsterns Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
2. Beta Testing Scope
a. The closed beta testing phase is aimed at gathering user feedback and insights to improve the Application. As a beta tester, you will have access to a limited set of features and functionalities.
b. You acknowledge that the Application is in development and may contain bugs, errors, and incomplete features.
3. Feedback and User Data
a. As a beta tester, you are encouraged to provide feedback on your experience using the Application. This includes reporting bugs, suggesting improvements, and sharing insights.
b. Any feedback you provide may be used by us for the purpose of enhancing the Application.
4. User Information
a. To participate in the closed beta, you are required to make a one-time payment of INR 499. This payment grants you access to the Application during the closed beta testing phase.
b. Your personal information, including payment details, will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Refund Policy
a. If, within 7 days of making the one-time payment of INR 499, you are not satisfied with the Application, you may request a refund by contacting our support team at support@belsterns.com
b. Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the request.
c. Once a refund is processed, your access to the closed beta testing phase will be revoked.
6. Limited Access and Usage
a. The closed beta is accessible only to registered beta testers who have completed the one-time payment of INR 199.
b. Your access to the Application is limited to the duration of the closed beta testing phase.
7. Confidentiality
a. You agree to keep all information related to the closed beta, including pre-release features, user interface designs, and any communication with the development team, confidential.
8. Termination of Closed Beta Access
a. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the closed beta at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or unacceptable behavior.
b. Notice will be provided before termination, allowing you an opportunity to address any issues.
9. Liability and Disclaimers
a. Your participation in the closed beta is voluntary and at your own risk. The Application is not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from your participation.
b. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or performance of the Application during the closed beta phase.
10. Modifications to Terms
a. We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of changes through email or notifications within the Application.
b. Continued participation in the closed beta after modifications implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
a. These Terms are governed by the laws of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
12. Miscellaneous
a. You must adhere to the Application's guidelines for ethical usage during the closed beta testing phase.

13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Belsterns Technologies (OPC) Private Limited regarding your participation in the closed beta testing phase, the one-time payment, and the refund policy.
